The Diamond Trading Company (DTC) expanded its product lifecyle management suit for its rough research department, using tools from vendor PTC to  better manage all product development data, improve change management processes, and expand data accessibility across all departments.

DTC's research department needed to expand its knowledge sharing across the enterprise. The objective for engaging PTC of Needham, Massachusetts, was to give researchers greater control by implementing a single data platform with an auditable workflow driven change management process.
