I ordered earrings from jewelelegance.com over a month ago and still haven't received them. I do a good portion of my shopping online and thought this site had great prices. But after a month of emailing and phone calls without result I think I've been scammed. Fool me once right?

Devious scheme indeed, but anyone who finds themselves swindled by these people were, well, asking for it. I always advise people never to trust appraisals, always buy certified diamonds and buy anywhere where you can be assured that you can return the item and the seller can be held liable in case he tries to pull a fast one on you.

Look for a valuation by a Gemologist with no interest in your sale, such as an independent. GIA is the best grading house but gives no value. For that you need an appraisal, look for a GIA Graduate.

Would someone tell me why Carnival Cruise promote these Cheaten scum bags from stealing from seniors who have saved up their pension money to go on the cruise and then they have repersentitives on the cruise telling people to go Diamonds International. I was on carnival Cruise in 2006. my husband who has passed bought me a diamond ring. we paid $13000 plus traded in another ring for $3000 credit. only to find out this year that the diamond is only worth $3000. After phoning the New York store, i was told i should of had it appraised when i came home. i was wondering why would need to have it reappraised again after they had already appraised it. this is big time fraud to me. I don't want them to get away with it. is their anyone willing to take on these crooks for all us simple folks who have been robbed of our money. I have just discovered this site now as i thought it had only happened to me. How do we make people aware on these cruise lines that they are all a bunch of scammers and they are very much aware of it. Carnival Cruise shame on you for allowing this happen to anyone!!!!
